First Grade Scarecrows

First grade students learned facts about scarecrows and used miniature scarecrows for observation drawing during class.  Each student used black oil pastel to draw their scarecrow and then colored their scarecrow with vibrant oil pastels.  First graders then added a background for their scarecrow using tempera paints. Great Job First Grade they look awesome!!!

Frisco Arts in the Square Poster Contest

This is the front cover of this year's yearbook.  Yearbooks are on sale now.  Yearbooks are sold on-line only and are printed in full color. You may purchase a yearbook by visiting the Anderson homepage and clicking on the order your yearbook button.  Yearbooks are being sold at a discounted cost of $18.00 until December 1st.  After December 1st yearbooks will be sold for $20.00.  Don't wait to buy your book we only contract for a certain number of books to be printed and when we sell all those there are no more.  We run out of books every year so don't wait!!!!
